Assign Agent Permissions

To allow users to access MiraBridge Phone via the Genesys Embeddable Framework, you must create a custom role with the required permissions.

Step 1: Create a Role

1. In Genesys Cloud, go to Admin > Roles
2. Click + Create Role
3. Enter a descriptive name
   Example: MiraBridge Users

Step 2: Add Required Permissions

Assign the following permission:

• Integration > Custom Embeddable Framework > All Permissions

This permission allows the user to load and interact with the embedded widget.

Step 3: Assign the Role to Users

1. Navigate to Admin > People
2. Select each user or group of users who will use MiraBridge Phone
3. Edit their roles and assign the custom role you created
